Being the Chinese year of the Tiger I thought it would be appropriate to create a piece focusing on the plight of the species, worldwide.
I wanted it to be bright, bold and engaging, but also confronting and shocking in the hope some of you may take action or at least educate yourself.
Although there has been a minor increase in numbers the Tiger still remains on the endangerment species list. The Bali, Javan and Caspian tigers are now extinct.
Due to hunting and poaching, habitat loss, climate change and other reasons, the number of tigers has been reduced by a staggering 97%.
